Meatlover’s Pancake – A 12 inch Dutch pancake with bacon, sausage, ham, Canadian bacon & Cheddar cheese all cooked into the pancake

VT BBQ Wings Appetizer – Fried chicken wings in our house made BBQ sauce, grilled & served with Ranch dressing

Steak House Salad – Grilled shoulder medallions atop crisp Romaine tossed with tomatoes, Bleu cheese, dried cranberries, chopped Pecans & white Balsamic vinaigrette all topped with 2 house made beer battered onion rings

Western Omelet – 3 egg omelet with ham, peppers, onion & Cheddar cheese served with home fries & toast
Apple Craisin – A 12 inch Dutch pancake with apples & dried Cranberries cooked into the pancake & topped with powdered sugar
Chorizo Benedict – 2 house made Chorizo sausage patties topped with 2 poached eggs on a split English muffin with Hollandaise Sauce. Served with home fries & a mini Dutch Pancake

Dinner:
Chorizo Sliders Appetizer – 2 of our house made Chorizo sausage patties served on our made daily bread rolls & topped with Cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato & Maple whole grain mustard
Rustic Tomato Soup
Waldorf Salad – Mixed greens, Macintosh apples, dried Cranberries, Bleu cheese crumbles & chopped Pecans tossed in our white Balsamic vinaigrette
