Strawberry Cream Pancakes – 3 Buttermilk pancakes sandwiching sweetened Strawberry cream cheese topped with Strawberry sauce & whipped cream.
Western Omelet – A 3 egg omelet with onion, peppers & Cheddar cheese served with home fries.
Apple Craisin Dutch – A 12 inch Dutch pancake with apples & sweetened dried Cranberries cooked into the pancake & topped with powdered sugar.

Our dinner specials this week are:
A Gyro style flatbread appetizer of Lamb & Pork topped with Feta cheese, roasted red peppers and our own Tzatziki sauce.
Rustic Tomato soup.
Beet salad with Spinach, red beet, Tarragon, Chevre & a Maple Balsamic vinaigrette.
Entrees –
Shredded Beef sandwich of braised & pulled Beef on a Brioche roll with sauteed onion, peppers, lettuce & Cheddar cheese served with French Fries.
Parmesan & Pepita Encrusted Cod served over rice Pilaf with sauteed vegetables.
And a house made chocolate lava cake for dessert.

The Dutch Pancake Cafe is open 7 days a week at 8am & The Pub @ The Grey Fox Inn is open Wednesday to Saturday at 5pm with live music Friday & Saturday.

We will welcome a new performer to our music series this weekend. James McSheffrey will perform live 1/6 & 7 from 6:30 to 9pm.

We are once again open Wednesday to Saturday for dinner in The Pub @ The Grey Fox Inn. Our Holiday Special will be available from 12/21 to 12/31.
Lobster Ravioli Appetizer, Potato Zucchini soup with Crispy Chick Peas, A salad of Greens, Beets, Ruby Red Grapefruit, Red Apples, Gorgonzola, Jicama, Pomegranate Arils with a Pomegranate Vinaigrette, Entree Choice of a 1/2 Rack of Lamb or a 1/2 Roast Duck with Red Wine Poached Pears with Vanilla Cream & Toasted Walnuts for dessert. All for just $55.00 per person plus tax & gratuity.

The Pub opens at 4pm. Live music Friday & Saturday 6:30 to 9pm. NYE 12/31 Music is 8:00 to midnight.

“Folk By Association” are the duo of Karen Krajacic and Jill Cowen and they are back to perform live this Friday & Saturday night 12/16 & 17 from 6:30 to 9pm.
Our dinner specials will be: Mini “Buffalo” Burgers (2 mini burgers with Buffalo wing sauce). A Tortilla Chicken Soup. Western Salad. A Surf & Turf Entree of Steak and Scallops. As well as Chicken Picatta…Oh and Bananas Foster for dessert.

This week’s specials: Mini Chicken Sandwiches as an appetizer. Beef Lentil soup to warm you up. A Crispy Calamari salad. Seafood Mixed Grill (Salmon, Shrimp & Scallops). Italian Pasta Primavera (Fresh Vegetables, Italian Sausage over Penne) & a slice of Apple Pie with VT Cheddar Cheese and Vanilla ice Cream.
